Corporate films

The corporate film is the perfect communication tool to present your activities to your clients. It allows you to communicate a large quantity of information in an efficient and convivial manner and will quickly answer your clients’ questions: what are your products and your services? What are your values?
Dynamic and professional: it will help to give your company an innovative & modern image.
Multimedia: your corporate film can be shown on your website, on the plasma screen in your waiting room, at trade fairs or shows, or it can be distributed to your clients as a DVD when out visiting them.
Because every company is unique, we offer tailor-made solutions to suit your budget. Your corporate film could be a video clip, with or without an interview, include graphic animations, titling, subtitling, voice-over, a logo, etc. There are numerous possibilities and we are here to discuss them with you..
What are the main stages in the production of a corporate film?
First of all, we arrange to meet you to discuss the message that you would like to convey, your target audience and also your budget so that we can make you an offer. We will then elaborate a more complete scenario, still in collaboration with your company as it is important to have one of your professionals involved in the writing process. Then comes the filming, in your company or elsewhere, depending on the chosen scenario. Next, we take care of editing the film. You will have access to intermediary versions on a personalised FTP server so that you can ensure the film meets your expectations and any possible corrections can be made. We will then give you the finished film on the medium of your choice: DVD, hard disk, website, YouTube, Vimeo, etc.
Don’t hesitate to contact us so that we can go over your project together. We are always available to help you.
Video coverage

In the life of a company, association or district, there are always events that we like to record: the inauguration of an exhibition, a concert, a 10th anniversary, a conference, a play, a show, a seminar. A video coverage is the ideal solution to watch and experience the event again in a dynamic and lively manner.
Depending on the client’s wishes, the video can cover the entire event (conference filmed with all the participants, for instance), or it could be a dynamic montage of the best moments (arrival of the audience, intro speech, extract of the show, the finale, etc.).
Video coverage has many different uses:
On the basis of a video of a show staged the previous year, a district/association can look for sponsors to finance the new version of the show.
A company can use video to communicate about the internal life of a company (incentive, seminar), or it can put the video on its website to communicate to the outside world (creation of a new subsidiary abroad, launch of a new product).
An association can also use video for archiving purposes (and keep a record of how an event was organised the previous year).
Would you like to make a video coverage?
Contact us. Depending on the event and the type of video you choose, and your budget, we can get together to look at the best configuration to film the event (one or more cameras, interview or not, sound recorded with the camera or using a mixing desk, etc.). The finished video will then be given to you on DVD or as a video file. We can also create a web version that can be uploaded onto your website or onto a site such as YouTube or Vimeo.
Training DVD

Urban Prod has been making training films for more than five years for companies such as GSK, Toyota and Transurb Technirail. These films play an essential role in ensuring the transfer of knowledge within a company, allowing it to gradually form a knowledge base accessible to everyone, everywhere. These films are of real value to:
train new staff in a personalised manner, without having to bring in an expert every time,
update staff knowledge with continuous training,
assess employee knowledge by following the films with a questionnaire.
These training films have the advantage of using various media: they can include photos, sound, titling, graphics, animations, voice-over, video footage; in short, all the tools possible to reinforce education and didactics.
Here are a few examples of what training films can be used for:
to describe a complex procedure step by step (equipment sterilisation, construction of a cold room, electrical and mechanical insulation of a carriage),
to explain new security standards on a building site (what should and shouldn’t be done, under what conditions),
to show a seminar given by an expert on management methodology in another subsidiary.
These training films can be:
put on a company intranet and made available to all the company’s employees,
integrated into an e-learning or LMS system (learning management system) and played according to the knowledge and skills of the learners,
burned onto DVD with a menu and/or chaptering so that the learner can directly access the relevant points.
Documentary

Urban Prod, together with Patrick Veillard, has co-directed an initial documentary on a farmer who advocates autonomy, both in terms of the raw materials going into his farm and in processing his products. We hope that this documentary, produced by the CPC, will be the first in a long series.
